This is tbe appeal by Vincent Luvera, tbe bolder of a liquor license, from an order of tbe Court of Common Pleas of Lebigb County affirming tbe order of tbe Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board imposing a $300.00 fine upon tbe licensee. We affirm tbe order on tbe opinion of Judge Gardner reported at Pa. D. & C.3rd .
