ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

That GLENN F. ARMSTRONG be allowed to surrender his license to practice law, that the name of GLENN F. ARMSTRONG be stricken from the roll of Attorneys, and that GLENN F. ARMSTRONG be and he is hereby disbarred on his consent.
