Petitioner appeals (1) from an order which denied a motion to. direct payment of part of an award under a final decree in proceedings to condemn property, and (2) from an order which denied a motion to vacate the prior order. Orders affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, .Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ., concur.
