Decree, so far as appealed from, dismissing objections of contestant to probate, admitting will to probate and decreeing that decedent was a resident of Newport, R. I., who at the time of her death left tangible property in New York county, unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondents payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Martin, P.
