Appeal from that part of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, New York county, which denies probate to the instrument dated January 20, 1926, and dismisses the petition and the amended petition of Physicians’ Home, Inc., for the probate of said instrument. Decree, so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
