PER CURIAM.

After a critical examination of the evidence in the record and the voluminous briefs of counsel, we are satisfied, upon the argument of the learned chief judge, with the disposition of the case at special term, and we are content, on his opinion, to affirm the judgment. Judgment affirmed, with costs.
