Court of Appeals of Texas·Decided September 30, 2025·No. 01-25-00680-CV·Published

Opinion

Opinion issued September 30, 2025

In The

Court of Appeals

For The

First District of Texas

Procedure 91a.1 Relators’ petition requested that the Court grant their petition for

writ of mandamus and direct the trial court to dismiss the claims against them.

We conclude that relators have failed to establish they are entitled to

mandamus relief. The Court therefore denies relators’ petition for writ of

mandamus. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
