Opinion

ORDER

Petitioner, Chalyn David Perez, seeks review of the decision of the Committee on Bar Admissions refusing to certify him for admission in light of a pending felony charge. Because the criminal charge has not yet been resolved, we decline at this time to consider petitioner’s application for admission to the bar. However, petitioner may reurge his application for admission to the bar after the criminal charge has been concluded.
