Opinion
In re Disciplinary Board; — Other; Applying for Findings and Recommendations (Revoke Probation) Disciplinary Board, Nos. 99-DB-106, 02-DB-044.
Rule to revoke probation denied as premature. Because this Court placed Respondent on unsupervised probation, the appointment of a probation monitor is not necessary. The probationary period shall commence from the date Respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel entered into a formal probation plan.
