Considering the Petition for Leave to Take February 2005 Bar Examination and for Appointment of Commissioner filed by petitioner, Joseph G. Pastorek, II,

IT IS ORDERED that petitioner’s application be and hereby is denied at this time. Petitioner may reapply to the court upon the finality of the proceedings involving the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.
