Order of the County Court of Suffolk county directing that a copy of the answer of William C. Foster be deemed a part of the papers on which the appeal to said County Court shall be heard affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
