Proceeding for the opening o.f Oneida street in the city of- Syracuse. From an order refusing an adjournment the Syracuse, Binghamton & New York Railroad Company appeals. No opinion. Order reversed as to appellant, without costs to either party. Held, that the county court erred in refusing an adjournment to enable the appellant to be heard and present its grounds of objection to the proceedings. '
