The November 29, 2017 order of the Superior Court, Appellate Division is vacated in part, limited to the language directing that "any further extensions must be sought from the Supreme Court." Movant's motion for a stay is remanded to the Appellate Division for consideration by that court. Jurisdiction is not retained.
