Opinion

In the matter of the application of the Nassau Electric Railroad Company for the appointment of commissioners as tó Union street, etc. No opinion. The dis-allowance of the item for preparing case on appeal to the court of appeals affirmed. The item for printing cases for the court of appeals must he retaxed on the basis of what it would have cost to print the necessary number of papers on appeal for use in the court of appeals at that time.
