Granted. Petitioner shall be permitted to sit for the July 2009 bar examination, [721]*721subject to the condition that she provide the committee on Bar Admissions with the Dean’s Certificate of graduation and fitness as required by Supreme Court Rule XVII, Section 3(E) no later than one week prior to the commencement of the examination.
