[965]*965ORDER

Considering the April 25, 2011 letter submitted to the court by Mark G. Mur-phey, advising that he wishes to voluntarily withdraw from the practice of law, and construing the letter as a petition for voluntary resignation from the practice of law,

IT IS ORDERED that the petition be and hereby is denied. However, petitioner may re-file his petition pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVIII, § 5.
