OPINION OF THE COURT
On the court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Albert Montaneli is suspended, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Ancram Town Court, Columbia County, subject to further order of this court.
Concur: Chief Judge Wachtler and Judges Meyer, Simons, Kaye, Titone and Hancock, Jr. Taking no part: Judge Alexander.
