Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The order is affirmed on the decision of the district judge. The difficulty with appellant’s careful and extended argument as to the relations of the parties is that the contracts of loan and the contracts of indemnity are all in writing, precisely expressed and free from any ambiguity.
