OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that this Court’s June 18, 1996 suspension of Honorable Leo P. Menard from his office of Justice of the Beekmantown Town Court, Clinton County, is continued, with pay.

Concur: Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Simons, Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine and Ciparick.
