ORDER
Considering the “Consolidated Motion for Withdrawal Without Prejudice of Application for Admission to the Louisiana State Bar Association and Dismissal of Petition for the Appointment of Commissioner” filed by petitioner, Leon A. Maryland,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner’s application for admission to the bar and his petition for appointment of a Commissioner be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
