In a discovery proceeding brought under sections 205 and 206 of the Surrogate’s Court Act, decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Bungs county, directing appellant to repay to the administratrix the sum of $654.16 and interest, unanimously affirmed, in so far as an appeal is taken, with costs to respondent, payable by the appellant personally. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
