Opinion

— Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County (Joseph W. Latham, J.), entered September 13, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3. The order, among other things, placed respondent in the custody of the Steuben County Department of Social Services for a period of 12 months.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present — Scudder, PJ., Hurlbutt, Fahey, Peradotto and Pine, JJ.
