Opinion

Per Curiam.

Respondent was admitted to practice by the Appellate Division, Fourth Department in 1986. He maintained an office for the practice of law in the City of Utica, Oneida County.

By petitions filed in August 2008 and May 2009, petitioner charged respondent with multiple counts of professional misconduct in violation of various provisions of the former Code of Professional Responsibility.
