COURT OF APPEALS
THIRTEENTH DISTRICT OF TEXAS
CORPUS CHRISTI – EDINBURG
IN RE KIRBY OFFSHORE MARINE OPERATING, LLC
On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.
ORDER

this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
