MEMORANDUM OPINION

Kimberly Anaipakos filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this Court

to order Respondent to “vacate her March 17, 2023 order quashing the depositions

of John Zavitsanos and Joseph Ahmad.”1

as moot.
