Pursuant to the stipulation of respondent-attorney, his counsel, and the Attorney General filed on September 4, 1987, judgment that John M. Kilmurry is removed from the office of attorney and counsellor at law, and his name is stricken from the rolls.

John M. Kilmurry is reminded that he must comply with A.O. 9, § 16.
