Decree modified in accordance with the holding of the court in matter of disposition of the real property of Henry Taylor, deceased (decided herewith) 94 N. Y. Supp. 1164, and, as so modified, affirmed, with costs. Order to be settled by and before Mr. Justice WILLIAMS on two days’ notice.
McLennan, P. J., and HISCOCK, J„ vote foi affirmance of the decree without modification.
