Considering the “Termination of Conditional Admission” filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that the probationary period imposed by this court in In re: Kennedy, 09-0020 (La.4/24/09), 8 So.3d 547, be and hereby is terminated, as the court finds petitioner has made a good faith effort to comply with all terms of probation.
