MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM On January 22, 2019, Kendrick Rydell Robinson filed a petition for writ of mandamus to challenge the denial of his pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus under Article 17.151 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. 1 Relator subsequently filed a motion to dismiss this original proceeding on grounds that the “dispute has been resolved.” Accordingly, we grant Relator’s motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.
