Opinion

HOLLAND, District Judge.

The referee’s findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation are approved, and the excep[469]*469tions thereto are dismissed. And now, to wit, December 16, 1905, it is directed that the specifications of objection to the discharge of the said bankrupts are dismissed, and a decree discharging said bankrupts is directed to be entered, upon filing proper papers showing a conformity with all legal requirements.
