Opinion

Appeal from so much of an order entered July 28, 1959 as (1) adjudged appellant in contempt and punished her for failure to deliver her infant daughter to respondent, the infant’s father, on June 15, 1959, as required by an order entered July 23, 1958, and (2) as denied appellant’s motion to. dismiss the proceeding. Order insofar as appealed from affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ., concur.
