Order granting petitioner’s motion for an examination of the records of the Department of Parks of the city of New York reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Appeal from order denying motion for a reargument dismissed. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.; Townley and Glennon, JJ., dissent and vote for affirmance.
