Opinion

OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Michael Jackson is suspended, with pay, effective immediately from his office of Town Justice of the Town of Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c).

Concur: Chief Judge Wachtler and Judges Simons, Kaye, Alexander, Titone, Hancock, Jr., and Bellacosa.
