MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, J.B. Black, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus compelling the
trial court to rule on relator’s “Memorandum and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of
Subject Matter Jurisdiction.”1 We deny the petition.
