On appeal by Rose Gershman and Julius Kreisman from an order granting motion of receiver of a corporation for an order authorizing him to sell real property to the extent of authorizing the receiver to sell the property to Lilie Horowitz upon conditions therein set forth, order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, payable by appellant Julius Kreisman. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
