In re Disciplinary Board, La.St.Bar; —Plaintiff(s); applying for transfer of lawyer to disability inactive status.

Granted. Respondent is transferred to disability inactive status pending determination of his incapacity. The matter is remanded to the Disciplinary Board for a hearing before a Hearing Committee and thereafter to make recommendations to this Court on the issue of whether respondent’s claim of inability to defend is valid.
