PER CURIAM

GRANTED. The "Order Requesting the Supreme Court to Assign an Ad Hoc Judge" is vacated.

Acting pursuant to our supervisory authority under La. Const. art. V, § 5 (A), by separate administrative process and order, this court will appoint an ad hoc judge to hear the pending motion to recuse.
