[822]*822Motion denied insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the order of the Appellate Division as affirmed a dispositional order of Family Court. Motion dismissed insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the order of the Appellate Division as affirmed an order of the Family Court denying a motion to modify the dispositional order, upon the ground that part of the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution.
