Kavanagh, J.

Respondent is the mother of a daughter and son (born in 2000 and 2001, respectively). In May 2008, upon a petition filed by petitioner, the children were found to have been neglected as a result of being exposed to respondent’s tumultuous and, at [1045]*1045times, violent relationship with her boyfriend.
