120 N.Y.S. 1125
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York·Decided December 30, 1909·Published
Opinion
The order of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings County should be modified, so as to reduce the amount represented by bonds and mortgages to $12,000, instead of $15,000, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. Settle order before Mr. Justice JENKS. See, also, 62 Misc. Rep. 443, 116 N. Y. Supp. 800.
