Opinion
In re Frank, Mack L; — Plamtiff(s); applying for reinstatement.
Considering petitioner’s application for readmission to the practice of law, the provisions of now superceded Article XV, section 12, the showing made by petitioner at the hearing, the recommendation of the board for readmission and the opposition filed by disciplinary counsel, it is ordered that Mack I. Frank be readmitted to the practice of law. It is further ordered that Mr. Frank pay all costs' of the readmission proceedings.
