Opinion

The conclusion of the Judicial Conduct Board that the fact of conviction of Assistant Judge William H. Fox for the offense of driving while under the influence does not adversely affect his ability to perform the duties of his office is approved.

This Court’s November 2, 1988, order temporarily suspending Judge Fox, as amended by order issued December 1, 1988, is hereby stricken.
