LETTS, Judge.

We reverse the trial court and order the return of the currency on the authority of Williams v. Miller, 433 So.2d 33 (Fla. 5th DCA 1983), and Doersam v. Brescker, 468 So.2d 427 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985).
