464 So. 2d 713, 10 Fla. L. Weekly 658, 1985 Fla. App. LEXIS 12919
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided March 13, 1985·No. No. 84-1126·Published·Cited by 1 cases

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

There was substantial competent evidence upon which the trial court could conclude that appellee was the innocent owner of the Porsche Targa involved here; therefore we affirm, albeit for a different reason or theory from that recited by the trial court, which nevertheless properly denied forfeiture of the vehicle.

LETTS, GLICKSTEIN and DELL, JJ., concur.
