Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Queens county entered February 25, 1937, granting to Constantino Gavazzi ancillary letters testamentary upon the last will and testament of Eugenia Gifford, deceased, dated July 27, 1931, and probated in Nice, France, on February 6, 1936, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent, payable out of the estate.
