Opinion

Per Curiam.

On June 13, 1941, the respondent was convicted in the Court of General Sessions of the County of New York of the crimes of forgery, third degree, and grand larceny, first degree. Said crimes are felonies. Pursuant to section 477 and subdivision 3 of section 88 of the Judiciary Law, he must, therefore, be disbarred.

Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.

Respondent disbarred.
