A13A1879. IN RE ESTATE OF PAUL DUNCAN YOUNG, DECEASED.

The appeal in this case was docketed on May 15, 2013. Appellants’ brief and enumeration of errors were due on June 4, 2013. On July 31, 2013, this Court issued an order requiring appellant to file her brief and enumeration of errors by August 12, 2013. As of the date of this Order, appellant’s brief and enumeration of errors have not been filed. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed as abandoned. See Court of Appeals Rule 23 (a); Reese v. State, 216 Ga. App. 773 (456 SE2d 271) (1995).
