STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Nature of This is a contract dispute arising from Culberson’s the Case: claim that Relator Energy Transfer LP breached an Option Agreement that required Energy Transfer to purchase Culberson, a gas gathering company. Energy Transfer alleged it was fraudulently induced into the Option Agreement. The case was filed in the 193rd District Court of Dallas County on April 8, 2022. R58.

Trial Court: Texas Business Court First Division, Dallas County, the Honorable Bill Whitehill presiding.
