[502]*502Writ granted in part. Although the respondent was ordered to show cause, this order did not shift the burden of proof from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel to the respondent. Accordingly, the order of the Hearing Committee Chair shifting the burden of proof to the respondent is vacated. In all other respects, the writ is denied, and the stay is denied.
