Opinion

The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period imposed against D.T.W. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: D.T.W. , Case No. SC17-1382, is extended until March 27, 2023, under the existing terms and conditions with the addition of random PEth testing during the first year and the addition of weekly attendance at attorney support meetings, effective immediately.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
